[Gazpacho] embedded toplevels hack

Hi,

This is a small runnable test app showing how you'd do toplevel widgets
inside Gazpacho instead of as standalone windows. The main useful bit is
the EmbeddableMessageDialog class.

I started writing a WorkTable widget but I think at this stage it's hard
to prototype any more in a standalone test app, it would be necessary to
start patching Gazpacho.

I probably won't have time to do a lot more with this, but maybe it is
helpful to someone.
