[Gazpacho] Cannot change table cells options

Sorry, I didn't tested the SVN code well. The toggle buttons do work but the 
changes are not correctly saved to the glade file. If you reload it, you get the 
default options (GTK_EXPAND and GTK_FILL) checked again.
