[Gazpacho] Labeling tabs of notebook

I am just starting with PyGTK and Gazpacho, so I am probably missing something 
basic.  I don't see how to label the tabs of a notebook in Gazpacho.

Also, does anyone know of a way to read this mail list as news?  It doesn't 
seem to be available at gmane.

So far, I like the UI of Gazpacho better than the one for Glade, so I'm hoping 
to be able to do most of my work with Gazpacho.
