[Gazpacho] Work on gazpacho

Hi!

Is gazpacho being actively worked on?
The latest svn entries I found are 3 month old.

Are there any overviews about who works on what?

I want to use gazpacho in a current project of mine and would be willing to
help in development.

As a start I could help in the following areas:

   - Translation to german
   - Gazpacho under Windows (installer, compatibility, standalone)

With whom should I coordinate and could somebody give me some starting
clues?
