[Gazpacho] Work on gazpacho

As far as I can tell,
Gazpacho's creators helped work on the GtkBuildable interface and
associated objects, so that as of Gtk+-2.12.0, there's now an in-built
way of handing in XML and getting a UI out. I seem to recall some posts
on this list suggesting that Gazpacho as of 0.7.2 was fully compatible
with GtkBuilder, but I haven't seen many instructions or documentation
suggest how to get the two to interoperate, or paricularly how the
UIManager components are dealt with.
I'm keen to move some of my Pygtk code over to GtkBuilder, so that I
only need to bundle Gtk+, rather than Gtk+ and Gazpacho's own loader.
Since Glade-3 doesn't appear to have much graphical support for editing
UIManager components, I'm also looking forward to seeing Gazpacho's
capabilities, but I understand that the developers may be a bit busy at
the moment... 5:)
Keep up the great work guys,
	Mike 5:)
