Gazpacho

This is Gazpacho 0.5.0

We are testing a new layout more 'vertical'. You can also see the new action and action groups concepts. Menubar and Toolbar edition is based on these concepts

We have a new video where you can see the new UIManager support

In this screenshot we can see the main window of Gazpacho. We see that its main area is divided in three sections: The widget palette, the widget tree and the property editor.

The palette has several different widget sets and it let us add widgets to our project. With the widget tree we can see the widgets that are already in our project and with the property editor we customize those widgets.

Here we can see a simple window designed with Gazpacho.

Gazpacho works on Windows.

The UIManager editor.

GruWidgets

In this screenshot we can see a very basic Form with a header, a body and a foot. In the header we have a Title with a red background. In the body we have two datablocks and in the foot we just have one label. As you can guess, the head and the foot are alwasy visible and the contents of the body are not always visible. If there are two many widgets in the body the scrollbars appears and the user can scroll the body to show all the components.

A DataBlock is a container for data widgets. You should group them semantically so the user can easily see groups of widgets that are related to the same information.

As you can see, if we narrow the width of the main window the body puts its children in a way that they fit the available space. This is particulary useful when dealing with different screen resolutions.
